Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Command9 collects through this website, and what we do with it.

It covers the website only. The Command9 app is still in development. A separate policy will cover the app before it launches.

What we collect

Information you give us. The early-access form asks for your first name, last name, email address, your role (coach, parent, league administrator, organization director, or other), and optionally your team or organization name. That is all of it — nothing else is requested, and nothing is collected that you can't see on the form.

Standard server logs. Our host records ordinary technical information with each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is routine web-server behavior. We use it only for security and for diagnosing problems.

No cookies, no tracking. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing here follows you around the internet.

What we do with it

We use your contact details for one purpose: to send you updates about Command9 — product news, beta access opportunities, launch announcements, and early organization onboarding.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Three service providers process data on our behalf:

• Formspree receives your form submission and delivers it to us.
• Vercel hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.
• Google Workspace hosts our email, where your submission arrives.

Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We have no other data-sharing arrangements. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access signups until you ask us to remove you, or until the list is no longer in use. Server logs are retained by our host on their standard schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Send you a copy

Email Admin@command9baseball.com and we will take care of it. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live — you don't need to cite a particular law.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Children

This website is not directed to children. The early-access list is for adults — coaches, parents, and administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We serve this site over HTTPS and use established service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes affecting people already on the early-access list will be communicated by email.
